Deleting MRP PPC Planning Calendars

To delete one or more planning calendars completely, proceed as follows:

1. Starting from the Material Requirements Planning menu screen, select Master data
® Planning calendar ® Change periods.

The initial screen for maintaining the planning calendar now appears.

2. Enter the plant in which you want to delete one or more planning calendars.
3. Enter the appropriate planning calendar or select,
Calendar overview and choose one or more planning calendars.
4. The screen for maintaining the planning calendar now appears.
5. Select Planning calendar
® Delete.

The pop-up window "Deleting PP Planning Calendar" appears.

6. Confirm the deletion with Yes.

If you selected several calendars in the overview, the system now automatically displays the next planning calendar that you selected.
